Pocalocca's Blog: Charles and Ron

Today was probably the most awaited day of the week, or at least one of. In case you haven't noticed by the title today's event was that of the Spring and Summer 2015 collection created by Charles and Ron.

Charles and Ron are much inspired by the Mediterranean culture and they give the Maltese culture it's importance. Throughout their collection one can see various elements of the Maltese culture.

This collection was inspired by the Valletta which in case you don't know is the capital city of Malta. It is going to be Europe's Cultural City in 2018. The city's architecture was one of the inspirations for the collection, one being the contemporary stone of the new parliament building in Valletta.I can honestly say for myself that I am definately proud to have designers who give so much of importance to the Maltese culture and put its elements in their collection. As Clare said the spring and summer 2015 woman would be proud to wear her favourite city with pride.

The designers have recently launched their F/W 2014 collection called “Silence” together with a new line of fine leather handbags and accessories. All of which are now available at their newly opened boutique at the Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa in Attard.
