So here are my top tips :
- Always apply lip balm before applying your makeup. Wipe it off before using red lipstick.
- Always apply a lip liner all over your lips for extra lasting performance!
- Blot with tissue in between applications to remove the oils in the lipstick.
- Use a lip brush.
- Apply a hint of lip gloss for a more evening glamorous look.
- Define brows!
- Natural makeup is a must. Unless you want the smokey eyes/red lip combo look. Sometimes eyeliner and mascara is enough!
- If you are unsure, apply red lip stick after you wear your outfit.
