Pupa Vamp Compact and Wet and Dry Eyeshadows Review!

I have never tried Pupa Eyeshadows before and I can just say that I am very much impressed!

Lets start with the Vamp! Compact one. This kind of eyeshadow gives a high and intense colour which is really saturated. It has a creamy kind of texture which makes the application really easy. They can also be easily easily blended.

What is great about this eyeshadow is that the pigmentation stays put and doesn't fade throughout the day. Having said that I wear a primer underneath as I have quite oily eyelids. The colour that I have is Carbon Blue shade 302 which is a matte colour. The colour is really gorgeous and I actually use the spongy applicator that comes with the eyeshadow to apply it which to be honest with you I rarely do! But I find that this is the perfect way if you want to apply a very deep and intense colour to your lids. Otherwise you can opt for a normal eyeshadow brush to obtain a softer and more day time appropriate.

There is quite a vast range of shadow colours which range from nudes to some gorgeous purples and blues and greys and lastly a nice deep rich black. Below is the Press release accompanying the product:

"LOOKING FOR CELEBRITY EYES IN JUST FEW SECONDS?
Vamp! Compact guarantees a pure, intense and even color right from first application.
A creamy texture, very soft and super comfortable to wear, that can be easily blended
to create different levels of coverage.

THE RESULT?
Unbeatable color and an unreachable gaze the whole day through!

TECHNOLOGY
An exclusive, new generation formula.
The innovative Silicones guarantee maximum hold and great smoothness in application.
The special Mixture of Thickeners ensures full and homogeneous color on the entire eyelid
and a long lasting hold.
Low risk of allergies. Ophthalmologist tested.

COLOR RANGE
24 very intense hues coming in three types of finishes: matt, metallic and satin, to create an endless number of combinations, to indulge in a Vamp! look that is never the same.

MAKE-UP TIPS
Pick up a small quantity of product using the applicator, blend off the excess powder on the back of your hand and then apply by tapping on your eyelid.

Use the darker colors either on the tail of your eye or on the entire upper and lower eyelids for a smoky effect, the lighter colors on the light source spots – at the center of the mobile eyelid, below the eyebrow arch angle, next to the tear duct – and the bright colors either on all the eyelid or just at the center of it, for a precious touch."

Champagne, Champagne (wet), Carbon Blue

Moving on to the other eyeshadow. This is the Vamp! Wet and Dry Eyeshadow. These are Baked eyeshadows which as the name implies can be used both wet and dry to provide a much deeper and richer pigmentation.

The shade that I have is shade 201 Champagne which is a satin finish eyeshadow. First of all the shade is just incredible. It is this gorgeous champagne colour which I love. It has a golden sheen to it which makes it a perfect eyeshadow! I am not a big fan if highlighters, but this eyeshadow can be used as one. You can apply it in the inner corner of the eye for a more kind of glamorous look or even under the brows to highlight them. Moreover it can be used over the top of the cheek bone for a glow look. Just be careful. Do not apply too much or you will end up as a disco ball.

There is a wide range of shades ranging from some gorgeous champagne/nude colours to some greens and purples and blues and ending with some amazing grey colours.

The shadow has a nice buttery texture to it which makes it easy to blend out. As with the other eyeshadow I use the applicator which comes with it. I use it dry for a normal application and wet when I want a more intense colour application. Below find the Press Release for the product:

"LOOKING FOR CELEBRITY EYES IN JUST FEW SECONDS?
