MFWA 2016 Day 6 - Ritienne Zammit presents Je Suis

The 2nd Event for Day 6 was one of the most anticipated shows. And it wasn't a disappointment. Ritienne Zammit's collection Je Suis brings about excitement and questions. Ritienne Zammit is famous for her distinct style which focuses on political and current matters entangled with culture aspects of the Maltese culture.
The collection is a reflection of certain addictions and obsessions which people can easily have. In no way, the collection is aimed to criticize or to disrespect these people. On the other hand it is a way to express sympathy.   This is reflected in the type of fabric and materials used along with the surroundings. The fabrics showcased paintings from famous artists like Caravaggio.
Ritienne's Collections never failed to amaze me, and this was no exception!
