IT Style Cosmetics and Dudu Launch Event

Hello peeps,

So, this  week on Tuesday I was cordially invited to attend the opening of the IT Style cosmetics store at The Point Shopping Mall in Malta.

Being a makeup addict I was thrilled to attend. IT Style cosmetics is an Italian brand of makeup and they teamed up with the brand Dudu to give good quality and affordable makeup along with stylish bags and accessories.

Here are the photos of the event along with some products that I bought and the products which we were given in the goodie bag.

Make sure you visit the store! It is a piece of heaven for makeup and fashion lovers !

Environ Event and launch

As I write this post I am sniffling and sneezing and drinking Lemsip. The joy of the start of cold weather. Not that I mind, not at all. I love winter!

Yesterday (24/10/2013) I attended an event which was about the introduction or launch of the Environ skin care  range at the salon called Beauty and Co by Maria Cassana in Swieqi (facebook page here ). I have heard about the range before but to be honest I never tried anything from their products.

I went with my bf and with Steph lauri from think.love.makeup and Dorianne from askdorianne. 

Just as a brief  description on the brand:

"Environ's products are based on vitamin A antioxidants, as integral ingredients for the health of our skin. Vitamin A helps skin cells form according to the functions they're intended to perform. Without Vitamin A skin would not exist."

I won't be going on the facts and stuff about Vitamin A and what not as I think you can easily find information on the internet. Visit their website here.

The Event started with a talk from Physiotherapy Technician who specializes in gym equipment and fitness.

Then the Brand was introduced to us with the explanation of the products and how they work.

Philip Kingsley Malta - Launch

Yesterday (21/10/2013) I attended the Launch of Philip Kingsley in Malta.

Just a brief information on the man behind the brand itself!

He has 60 years of experience in Trichologicy (the study of the scalp and hair in both health and disease) Launched in 1997
Has clinics in London and New York
Coined the phrase 'Bad hair Day'
Clients include several celebrities like Audrey Hepburn, Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett, John Travolta, Lucy Liu and several others
Consulted by several brands such as L'Oreal
Consists of products specifically designed for different hair types such as fine hair, medium hair, coarse hair and African - Caribbean hair.
The Elasticizer is the most famous product and has won several awards.
Not animal tested!

I didn't take a lot of photos of the event  but it consisted of a talk about the brand and the products themselves and then a demonstration of the actual spa treatments that they offer in their salons abroad.

I remember trying their Exfoliating Scalp Mask a while back and it was actually quite good, so I cannot wait to try more products especially the Famous Elastisizer!

Several Events are in the pipeline and it is going to be a busy month/s for me so... oh and stay tuned for a review on the 2 samples that were given to us!
